Zanjan

Saffron wants a dry summer, a cold winter, and hands to pick the flower before the sun is up. This farm in Zanjan gives that, and gives two more crops from the same soil: kakuti, a mountain mint Iranian households have brewed for generations, and Damask rose.

The box puts all three together in the form they are actually used in — not an assortment bought from three traders, but one piece of land's harvest.
